This page explains which personal data is collected on travel-surf.com and oupartirsurfer.com, why, with which tools, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Data measured during your visit
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records your visit under a pseudonym: pages viewed, duration, device, browser, approximate country and city, and the site you came from. We also track some clicks to know which content and partners are useful:

This data does not tell us who you are. It is kept for 14 months at most.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies: the banner will show again. When you click a partner link, you land on their website, which applies its own privacy policy.
Who receives your data?
- The surf camp or surf school you chose, for a booking request. They then handle your booking under their own responsibility.
- Our technical providers: the website host, Brevo for the newsletter and Google for traffic measurement. Google may process data in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to contact@oupartirsurfer.com. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
